What can I return?
- You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We do not refund the original shipping fees.
- All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
- Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
- Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- During the Christmas period, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
- If you have received a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 3 working days, along with images highlighting the damage or defect.
- Once approved collection of the damage or defective item will be paid for by ATX Luggage, and will be either replaced with the same item or refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. A refund can take between 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, please note that if you have received a damaged or defective we will arrange collection of your item. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
